100 Milton Park consists of 162,000 sf of Class A office space. 100 Milton Park was completed in 2001.  Schlumberger (now Landis & Gyr) is the primary tenant occupying over 50% of the building.  Construction financing was provided by Synovus, with equity contributed by a partnership of private individuals.  100 Milton Park was sold to a Joint Venture between Talcott Realty Advisors and Greenstone/Pope & Land principals in the spring of 2005.
