55 Allen Plaza is a 19 story, 349,010 square foot, class A office tower in Downtown Atlanta. The building was designed by Pickard Chilton with HKS serving as the architect of record. 40% of the building was pre-leased to Ernst & Young. Other tenants include Cushman & Wakefield, Skanska and the design firm ASD. Project construction began in April 2005 and was completed in May 2007. Bank of America provided the senior loan and Assurant was the mezzanine lender.
