One & Three Glenlake

One & Three Glenlake is a two phase office development totaling approximately 700,000 square feet of Class A office space. One Glenlake was completed in 2003, and sold to Wells Real Estate Funds in the summer of 2004. Three Glenlake, the corporate headquarters for Newell Rubbermaid, was completed in April of 2008, and contributed into a joint venture with Wells Real Estate Funds in July of 2008. Glenlake is a joint venture with Pope & Land, Granite Properties and private investors with construction financing provided by Regions Bank.
