Pinnacle at Symphony Place is a 29 story, 520,000 square foot class A office building in the heart of the SoBro district across from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Construction began July 2007 and the building was opened in February of 2010.  Designed by the world renowned architectural firm of Pickard Chilton, the LEED Gold certified building features a spectacular one acre “green-roof” terrace.  Lead tenants include the Nashville law firm Bass, Berry & Sims and Pinnacle Financial Partners.   Wachovia provided the senior loan with equity provided by Canyon – Johnson Urban Funds, Integral Urban Fund as well as the sponsor.  The building was recognized as the 2010 NAIOP Nashville Office Development Deal of the year. The Bass, Berry & Sims lease transaction received the 2010 NAIOP Nashville Office Lease Deal of the year.
